What we do
Everything between your bank account and your tax return.
Take the pieces you need. Most business owners start with catch-up work and move to a monthly plan once they’re current.
Every month
Monthly bookkeeping
Every transaction categorised and every account reconciled, with a closed set of books in your hands each month. You won’t have to chase us for them.
One-time project
Catch-up & cleanup
Behind by months or by years, we rebuild the file from your statements and repair the chart of accounts. What comes back is a set of books your accountant can file from.
Every pay run
Payroll support
Payroll runs on schedule with the right withholdings, and every quarterly filing ties back to what sits in your books.
Monthly or quarterly
Sales tax filing
Tracked by jurisdiction and filed before the deadline, so no penalty notice turns up for a due date nobody was watching.
Every month
Financial reporting
A profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, and a short written note on what moved and why. You won’t need an accounting degree to read it.
Once a year
Year-end packages
A reconciled, documented file handed to your CPA in January, organised the way tax preparers want to receive it.
How it works
Four steps from shoebox to closed books.
-
STEP 01
A free 20-minute call
Tell us what you run, which software you use, and how far behind the books are. Twenty minutes, no pitch.
-
STEP 02
We review and quote
We open your file, tell you what shape it’s in, and send one flat monthly price. Nothing is billed by the hour.
-
STEP 03
Cleanup and setup
We repair prior periods and rebuild the chart of accounts, then connect your bank feeds and receipt capture.
-
STEP 04
The monthly close
Books close and reports reach you by the 10th. Call whenever you want to walk through them.
Pricing
Flat monthly pricing, agreed before we start.

Questions
Questions business owners ask us.
Are you a CPA?
No, we’re bookkeepers, which is a different job. We keep your records accurate and current through the year so your CPA can file quickly and bill you less for doing it. If you don’t have a preparer yet, we’ll introduce you to one we work with.
I’m more than a year behind. Is that a problem?
It’s the most common way business owners come to us. We rebuild from your bank and card statements, reconcile period by period, and give you a one-time price for the catch-up before any work starts.
Do you work in QuickBooks or Xero?
Both. If you already have a file, we work inside it. If you’re coming from spreadsheets, we’ll set the file up and cover the first month of the subscription.
How do I get receipts and documents to you?
Photograph them with your phone and they land in your file. Bank feeds connect once and pull in on their own after that. Most business owners spend under ten minutes a month on their side.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans run month to month and you can stop with thirty days’ notice. The file belongs to you and goes with you.
What if the IRS or my state sends me a notice?
Send it to us. We pull the supporting records, explain what triggered it, and work with your preparer on the response at no extra charge.

Twenty minutes now saves you a very bad April.
Tell us where the books stand today. We’ll tell you what it takes to get current and what it costs to stay that way. No obligation either way.
